Refund policy

At (PARENS), we take great care in crafting and delivering high-quality skincare and haircare products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make your experience as seamless as possible.

Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@parenslab.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly replace the product at no additional cost.

Non-returnable items
For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
